The animal of choice must meet the breed criteria of the community.
Where pets are allowed, all residents’ animals should be registered and noted in their lease file. All associated animal fees should be paid.
- Only cats and dogs are permitted.
- The standard pet fee is a one-time charge of $300 for the 1st pet and $200 for the 2nd pet, which is non-refundable.

- Bull Terrier
- Chow
- Doberman Pinscher
- German Shepherd
- Great Dane
- Husky
- Wolf Hybrid
- Pit Bull
- Rottweiler
- Beauceron
- Belgian Malinois
- St. Bernard
- And all “mixes” of the above-mentioned breeds
